My colleague Moon Jung Jang recently asked me to participate in a type-driven design exhibition she organized, Typo-Poetry: Despite Black and White in Sound, that focused on language related to sound. She asked invited designers to explore typography as a way to write poetry and/or express ideas related to sound. The exhibition was on view at the Oconee County Arts Foundations Hall Gallery in Watkinsville, GA from January 19 to February 16, 2018.

For my contribution, I kept it simple and graphic, pulling the example of an onomatopoeia from within the word.
